At INTRIALS the monitor plays a significant role to ensure the project success. Our Clinical Research Associates have not only the experience and technical competence to monitor the conduction of simple and complex researches, but also the motivation and the essential interpersonal and communication skills to productively manage the relationships of all parties involved in the study.

As a company commitment to Clinical Research Excellence, we designed the role of INTRIALS monitors to go beyond than simply meeting the technical accuracy demanded by the research.

Our CRAs are trained to predict site management issues and proactively develop and implement solutions. This approach is employed from the earliest stages and throughout the conduction of the clinical study, to ensure the proper flow and responsiveness of the process.

Our monitors are constantly and deeply trained in INTRIALS Continuous Education Program – ICEP, and participate actively in training programs offered by our clients.

All INTRIALS monitors are full-time bilingual employees, are equipped with laptops and are always available through mobile phones and internet when they are off site.

INTRIALS monitoring services involves all stages of the clinical study:

• Pre-Study Visit • Initial Visit • Training • Regular Monitoring Visits • Extra Monitoring Visits • Quality Assurance Visits • Close-Out Visit
