Contracts, Proposals & Business Insights Analyst II – LATAM
Location: Brazil | Work Model: Hybrid
Conduct business proposal, contract, and budget development/review/follow-up, from elaboration to conclusion, being responsible for information content analysis, organization, and tracking;
Participate in the project life cycle (from proposal negotiation, structuring, contracting, controlling, closure, final reconciliation, and termination) following the project contract and in interaction with the project leader.

1. Engage in new business development and participate in proposal/budget/contract negotiation;
2.Contribute to contract execution management at any point of its lifecycle (including but not limited to Master Services Agreements, Work Orders, Change Orders, Final/Interim Reconciliations, Standalone Contracts, Amendments);
3.Act as a link between all parties involved in contract negotiation (Sponsor, Intrials departments: Business Development, Functional Departments, Financial or Regulatory; if applicable: Study Sites, Principal Investigators), aiming to harmonize all interests;
4.Develop revenue recognition tools for project execution and clarify them with the Project Manager or equivalent, ensuring all project activities are properly identified. In case of out-of-scope activities, collaborate to create amendments or Change Orders;
5.Manage customer relationships to resolve contractual or financial matters;
6.Guide the Finance department regarding the invoicing process as established in the contract, including Intrials’ Fees and Pass-Through Costs;
7.Develop trackers, tools, templates, and presentations for the Contracts and Proposals Department;
8.Create trackers, tools, templates, and presentations for the broader Intrials community, when applicable;
9.Participate in/organize/support events, lectures, bid defenses, and client meetings;
10.Serve as a buddy/mentor to junior analysts in the department.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the clinical trials environment.
Strong organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and decision-making skills.
Fluency in English.
Intermediate/Advanced level in Spanish is desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Windows environment.
